Note: Isha Prayer Timing
Due to late sunsets in Saskatoon during the summer, our masjid follows a valid fatwa permitting Isha to be prayed earlier. This is to ease hardship and better serve the community while remaining within accepted Islamic guidelines.
Our History
Established in 2020, Saskatoon Dawah and Community Center (SDCC) began as a modest effort to provide daily prayers, Islamic education, and a welcoming space for daw’ah outreach. With the support of dedicated volunteers and the broader community, SDCC rapidly evolved from its humble beginnings into a thriving hub for worship, learning, and social development.
By 2024, just four years after opening its doors, SDCC celebrated a major milestone: the launch of its own Islamic school within its very own building. This growth stands as a testament to the Center’s unwavering commitment to empowering individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and to its vision of nurturing a strong, inclusive Muslim community in Saskatoon.

Our School: Saskatoon Islamic Academy
An Islamic learning environment rooted in faith, excellence, and community
Saskatoon Islamic Academy is the official school of Dawah Center, established to provide quality Islamic and academic education for our community’s children.
As an extension of Dawah Center’s mission, the Academy focuses on nurturing students spiritually, academically, and morally in a safe and faith-centered environment. The school offers structured learning programs that combine Islamic values with strong educational foundations, helping students grow with confidence, character, and purpose.
While Dawah Center serves as a place of worship and community gathering, Saskatoon Islamic Academy carries that same vision into education, ensuring our children learn and grow within an Islamic environment that reflects the values of our mosque.
Admissions are currently open, and families are welcome to explore the programs, curriculum, and learning approach offered at Saskatoon Islamic Academy.
